How do I find my balance point?
I learned so long ago, That finding your balance is very easy. what makes it hard is being able to get to that point and maintaining a strong core. I had heard this before but it resonated with me when a fellow teacher and I where talking (Ms. Irene Hogarth-Cimino). The key is to get your belly button over top of your heel when in Relevé. This will Take some Practice. Keep in mind that for turning you may have other issues that you will have to trouble shoot but the main key is the body alignment.
